Reporting into the E-Marketing Content Manager, you will be the key online product specialist within the E-Marketing team delivering knowledge and insights about Epson products, responsible for improving the appearance of Epson Products on third party websites, along with supporting our Product database champion.

The role is based out of our Sales and Marketing Offices, in Hemel Hempstead, UK

Key Responsibilities:

* Attend product introduction presentations and understand proposition and USP´s to transport it into E-Marketing

* Support the management of Epson product database

* Maintain product database in case of missing assets to fulfil optimised online product catalogue

* Day to day management of product syndication

* Day to day management of ratings and reviews

* Work with Epson account managers and or syndication partner to on board new third party websites to use our syndicated content

* Create reports of syndicated content usage and successes

* Monitor product appearance on third party websites and look for ways to improve appearance on third party websites

* Suggest additional content types that can be utilised by third parties to improve the sales and appearance of Epson products on third party websites

* Look for other opportunities to maximise our product reviews on and off our sites

Key Skills & Experience:

Candidates with experience of online Merchandising or web content from both in-house or agencies are welcomed with relatable experience:

* Working with Partners in order to support the optimisation of products listed online ensuring descriptions are appropriately structured/listed in order to meet the business goals for the site and needs of users

* Engaging with Partners in order to understand their needs and identify key areas for improvement relating to the repurposing of content

* Identify potential to improve extraction of ratings data in order to provide insight and further ROI

* Have worked with agencies to support online marketing campaigns

* Knowledge of content management systems and website technology

* Commercial awareness and an ability to transform propositions and tactical opportunities into real results

* Good knowledge of consumer electronics, products and sales environments an advantage

* Able to prioritize multiple assignments with a high degree of accuracy, and function quickly in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment

* Tenacious character capable of persevering with tasks until complete demonstrating a single-minded and detailed approach that gets the job done, while still being a team player

* Experienced in working to meet required deadlines and used to marketing in a technology environment

* A positive approach to problem solving, through identification to solution and subsequent monitoring

* Confident in managing any day-to-day issues as and when they arise

* Keen to learn about Epson's products/procedures and EMEA markets in-detail
