Responsibilities:

Technical lead for existing Java development team. Prospect of taking on more responsibilities over time to become team manager.

Working internationally for customer's requirements (design and adapt product to the customer's needs).

Support other departments like the quality assurance or customer service and support.

Implementing and ramp-up software product on site or remotely (business travel required, 30%).

Skills:

Successfully completed higher technical education with a minimum of three years of professional experience

Excellent Java programming and database skills (Oracle)

Good knowledge of the UNIX/LINUX operating system

Experience in software project management

Very good knowledge of English, communication skills in German a must

Willingness to travel abroad (30% of annual working hours)

Strong communication skills

Efficient, solution-oriented and consistent work style, happy to work in an international environment
