Software Development Manager - World Leading FinTech

£80k - £100k + Benefits

Development Manager (Java, FinTech, AWS) - We are a leading FinTech working with a large number of fortune 500 organisations growing rapidly. A need has arisen for a Software Development Manager to join the team to oversee the architecture and design of a number of large scale greenfield projects that are set to replace our existing legacy systems.

We are looking for a Software Development Manager to:

* Lead a remote team whilst looking to grow a brand-new local team

* Be heavily involved in and have final say on architecture and design alongside the CTO and Dev Team

* Work on a cutting-edge system (AWS, Docker, Spring) for a leading FinTech

* Join a company that values modern practices - Agile, TDD, BDD and DevOps principles

As the Software Development Manager you will be heavily involved in our unique technology systems that focus on the management of cashflow using real time analysis of spending and alternative forms of financing for businesses. You, as Software Development Manager will drive innovation, growth and vision and inspire the technical team to succeed and hit their own potential(s).
