Purpose of external service request: (introduction - for which unit, which profile is needed)

In the Application Management and Maintenance Unit, an Intermediate Quality

Consultant profile is needed for the following tasks:

Tasks:

Reporting to the eu-LISA Head of Production Applications Support Sector / Release Manager:

1.Performing a state-of-play analysis in the area of document management especially design, transition and operations ;

2.Assessing a TO-BE situation in terms of processes and tools for the Document Management in design, transition and operations of the Core Business Systems ;

3.Ensuring that all processes related to Quality management are set up and maintained ;

4.Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures ;

5.Implementing the new process and maintaining the repositories ;

6.Supporting the project and operational teams on all issues related to document management design, transition and operations of the Core Business Systems ;

7.Writing and maintaining the manual for the policies and procedures ;

8.Performing regularly quality assessments ;

Requirements

Education:

*Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master or equivalent) after the secondary school

Professional experience:

*Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience as quality consultant.

Professional competencies

*Proof read communication, documents, draft emails, etc as needed

*Maintain high level of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism

*Ability to create professional documents and emails

*Run reports & handle special projects as assigned

*Perform Quality related duties as assigned
