The role would suit a Contracts Manager who has worked on projects up to 10 million. You will join the office in central Bristol where you will bring energy and dynamicity to the existing team. You will oversee 4 to 5 projects at a time and be a key member involved in site management and project handovers.

THE ROLE:

*Oversee 4 to 5 projects at a time.

*Site management, project reports and handovers.

*Project range from 50k to 2 million.

*Based in Bristol and surrounding areas.

THE PERSON:

*Experience with projects up to 10 million.

*Knowledge of refurbishment or commercial projects.

*Commutable to Bristol.
