UX Research Lead
Duration: 4 Months (Extensions likely)

This is a brilliant opportunity to work within the UX and Design team, championing and owning UX Research.
Key Responsibilities
* You will facilitate and moderate UX research projects, analyse data and videos, produce research findings into actionable recommendations.
* You will present research findings confidently to project partners.
* Identify and recommend the best methods to answer UX research questions and produce research plans
* Help champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that the customer user experience across all touchpoints is well understood, documented and communicated across the business.
* As lead UX Researcher manage / mentor UX researchers
* You will handle the UX research budget and produce monthly UX Research forecast
Essential Skills
* 5+ years' experience as a Senior UX Researcher
* Proven experience in planning and conducting UX research (including lab based usability studies, guerrilla testing, remote user research, surveys, ethnography, diary studies, card-sorting) - you should be able to produce example of recent research work where the findings and contribution made a positive impact to the user experience.
* Understand the interplay between business requirements, product strategy and user experience.
* Knowledge of UX principles
* Confident and persuasive oral and written communication skills.
