IT Service Desk Analyst - 3 Months
Birmingham
Client is a leading Insurer based in Birmingham looking to appoint an IT Service Desk Analyst for a 3-month contract.
Responsibilities:
* Provide first and second line support to users on IT
* Receive and resolve any queries using first line investigation wherever needed
* Log all incidents and prioritise using IT Service Management (ITSM) tool
* Perform technical fixes and diagnostics as required by 3rd party providers
* Update and maintain IT Service Desk documentation as needed
Essential Skills:
* Knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles
* Attention to detail and strong PC skills
* Proven experience in a Service Desk environment
