Online & Digital IT Technology Design and Development Services Project Manager with Digital Service / Product Development, Data Analysis, CX and UX Digital Platform experience is required by a leading Charity.

SALARY: £33,842 to £35,833 per annum

JOB OVERVIEW

Are you passionate about working in all things technology?

If so, we’re seeking an Online & Digital IT Technology Design and Development Services Project Manager with great communication and influencing skills who can work with the organisation’s new team to design and develop technology based services for people with sight loss.

As the Online & Digital IT Technology Design and Development Services Project Manager you will need to have previous project management experience and have the ability to work with diverse teams to deliver results.

The organisation wants every blind or partially sighted person to have the confidence and support they need, but currently, they are only reaching a small percentage of those who could benefit from their services. Their aim is to reach many more individuals and their families over the next five years, increasing the number of people they help from approximately 200,000 a year to half a million a year.

Using technology to become more efficient and effective, the organisation will capitalise on technology to provide more lifechanging services and transform the way they interact with, and deliver services to, their customers.

Working as the Online & Digital IT Technology Design and Development Services Project Manager you will work as part of the newly formed Skills, Information and Support Services, managing the development of online digital interactive services from insight evaluation, development and implementation of a pilot up, to the transition into business as usual.

As the Online & Digital IT Technology Design and Development Services Project Manager you will work alongside the Digital Team in Marketing to ensure new emerging technologies for people with sight loss are considered and developed in service design.

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should have the following skills and experience:

                               Digital service / product development experience

                               Previous project management experience

                               CX and UX skills on digital platforms

                               Data analysis skills on digital platforms
