I've partnered once again with a leading Non for Profit based in London who are looking for a Dynamics CRM Administrator to join their IT Team.

This is a business critical role to champion the Dynamics 365 system, supporting and training users, including producing training content. You won't get bored anytime soon as this is a hands on role dealing with change requests on the system, you will work closely with the user base and constantly drive the system forward increasing functionality and user performance.

For this role my client are looking for the following skills:

Dynamics CRM- Experience working with Dynamics CRM focussing on system administration, user training and user support. Hands on experience working with Dynamics 365 is highly advantageous.

Customisation and configuration- The ability to customise and configure Dynamics CRM as this role will be responsible for managing change requests and ensuring optimal performance of the system.

Communication and stakeholder management- You will work hands on with the users providing support on Dynamics 365 as well as providing training through various formats including one to one, group and Skype sessions. The ability to communicate confidently with the business is essential for this role.

Team Working Ability- A tightknit team oritnetated culture where everyone 'chips' in, this means as well as championing the CRM System you will from time to time assist on the IT Helpdesk supporting 1st and 2nd line issues
