Environments & Release Manager

An Environments & Release Manager is required for a Client based in Guildford. Candidates will need to have experience of Cloud infrastructure tech (AWS/Azure) and Ci/CD tech (Jenkins, Kubernates, Docker, Puppet). Strong stakeholder management and experience defining environment strategy is key.

Environments management:

-Produce and maintain logical and physical architecture maps and specifications of the non-production environments

-Working with the Test Managers and Engineering Managers, produce and maintain an environment strategy, to support engineering and test strategies

-Maintain and coordinate the schedule of environment usage between teams

Release management:

-Coordinate the promotion of a release through the QA, Staging and Production environments

-Produce and maintain a release plan and checklist to manage all activities required to transition a release to Production

-Coordinate all release activities on the release checklist to ensure a release is ready for production
