Six-figure base plus stock options##

Start-up client is for a VP of Software Engineering in Cambridge with proven experience of building software enterprise solutions and deploying applications into a cloud environment. The VP of Software Engineering should have prior experience of AWS deployment or similar, Python development, and provision of web services. Currently there are less than 10 people in the engineering team but this is expected to grow to 20 people by end of 2019 and then 3/4 fold over the following years.

Candidates interested in this position are likely to have the following skills;

* Prior experience of scaling up software development teams in an enterprise environment

* Experience of AWS deployment, Python developments and web services

* Managed and deployed complex software developments

* Strong use of software methodologies

* Have lead teams of 20 plus

* Able to thrive in a start-up environment

Exceptional communicator with track record in mentoring, coaching and hiring
