Network Solutions Architect / Technical Pre Sales

Network Solutions Architect / Technical Pre Sales Consultant is required to join a business that is currently going through significant expansion. As a Solutions Architect / Technical Pre Sales Consultant you will be working for a technology services and solutions organisation that place technology at the heart of their business.

The successful Network Solutions Architect / Technical Pre Sales Consultant will provide outstanding pre-sales consultancy, project delivery, service provision and support to internal and external customers; making a significant difference to customer satisfaction, retention, group efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities:

*Provide and Manage pre-sales engagements proactively to provide end to end analysis, design and delivery of IT solutions that benefit customers and sales effort within identified response times.

*Effectively provide support in all aspects of IT, including design and specification of technical solutions, deployment, NOC, service, project delivery, and documentation in liaison with engineers, sales and customers.

*Create accurate and compelling technical solutions with full specifications and supporting materials for quotations, bids and proposals.

Essential skills and experience:

*Ability to manage requirements to match or exceed customer and Group expectation.

*Ability to prioritise and multi-task to manage resources effectively.

*Excellent communication on technical solutions in a non-technical manner.

*High level of experience delivery Network solutions
