Our client is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their Peterborough Office, This is a 70/30 team leader/Service Desk role so would require someone with a hands on approach.

This role is very varied and involves the co-ordination and smooth running of the IT Service Desk teams in order to provide excellent technical support to the business.

You will have a minimum 2 years IT Supervisory experience, a good technical support background as well as excellent customer service skills.
