Product Support Manager £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits The CompanyMy client is a leading provider of online digital ecommerce and entertainment on a global scale.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing the performance of the Product Support Team of up to 8 staff. You will ensure that all SLA's are consistently met and achieved, making sure to follow ITIL processes and procedures. Working closely with in house development teams, Product Owners and Product Managers to understand new features. Improvements and work flows.Your main responsibilities will be:
'€¢Oversee request, incidents and problems as point of escalation and response co-ordinator'€¢Deliver product training and develop product documentation'€¢Monthly reporting and MI'€¢Staff management, career training and development plans
Essential Skills
'€¢Minimum 1-year experience manging a support team in product or application environment.'€¢Experience in developing reporting, MI and analysis.'€¢Experience working with SLAs and KPIs.'€¢Experience working with 3rd party vendors and suppliers
