Our client located in Southern Germany is currently searching for a Semiconductor Development Engineer to be responsible for developing FET devices and GaN based technology. The role will involve managing R&D projects for this technology and coordinating with external research institutions. Participation of techniques and methods such as SPC, FMEA and 8D will also be required.
Required skills for the Development Engineer will be as follows:
* III-V technology knowledge
* Strong experience in semiconductor device physics
* Yield analysis skills
* Excellent communication skills (German required)
* PhD/MSc/BSc in Physics, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
