Helpdesk Analyst - up to 26K

Fareham (commutable from Portsmouth, Southampton)

Market leading Software Development house, that delivers software solutions to both the private and public sector, is expanding their support team and looking to recruit a Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st/2nd line support. You will be responsible for assisting with hardware and software problems via phone, email and face to face.

If you are a Helpdesk Analyst with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience, proven track record of excellent customer service and have experience of SQL, we want to hear from you.

Any understanding of EPOS, TCP/IP, Windows Operating Services or VNC, would be highly desirable.

Role Overview

As the Helpdesk Analyst you will install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade all software and hardware, as well as troubleshoot problem areas and provide assistance where required.

Offering excellent and prompt customer service to heavily investigate customer's issues and provide diagnostics on a daily basis.

Salary: up to 26K

Benefits: 37.5-hour week, 20 days annual leave, BUPA and pension scheme
