I am currently looking for a Head of Operations to join a leading Midlands based company to impact, improve, grow and harvest their vision towards further success. You will have a strong background in the IS Operations arena and will be tasked with driving strategy and shaping your team in the pursuit of excellence. The role will sit on the SLT and will be responsible for setting the strategy and approach for IT Operational Services including, Data Centres, Infrastructure & Network Support, Application Support, IT Service Desk, Service Management and ITIL Processes. Strong leadership/management experience is essential as is 3rd party management experience. Any experience working in regulated environments would be highly advantageous.
