I am looking for an 'IT guy' to work for a global company who are revolutionising the way Coronary Artery Disease is treated all over the world. My client is an American company who, due to new contracts with the Imperial College London and NHS England, are opening a London base.

This IT Administrator will independently manage IT responsibilities at the London, UK site for HeartFlow Inc. This will include helpdesk, new computer setup/installations, C-level support, and project management tasks related to desktop deployment/management.

Responsibilities include:

* Specific responsibility related to the management of user systems such as desktops, laptops, tablets, video conferencing systems, etc…

* Specific responsibility related to the specification, design, development, execution and maintenance of the corporate IT desktop platforms.

* Adherence to and active participation in the continuous development and improvement of all IT team quality policies and processes.

* Participate in security audits related to HSRA, HIPAA, HITRUST and ISO27001

* Works with remote users in UK and EU to resolve computer and connectivity issues.

* Collaborate with the core IT group in Redwood City, CA and Austin, TX.

* Work with the Network Engineering team to maintain Internet services, IPSEC and wireless connectivity.

* Perform asset management tasks for provisioned resources.

* Participate in new employee orientation

* Setup conference rooms, soft phones, desk phones for new users

* Work with local telecom companies to procure tablets, 4G/LTE service for mobile employees

* Resolve helpdesk tickets and manage user access to applications and IT services.

* Participate in local IT related projects for continuous improvement

* This position requires some on-call duties and occasional late nights / weekend work for systems upgrades, releases, etc.

Experience required:

* Knowledge and hands on experience in the IT managements of Windows, & Mac OS desktops and/or laptops. Virtual and physical systems.

* Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work with cross-functional teams.

* Excellent customer service skills

* Excellent customer service skills to C-level executives

* Strong communication, documentation and MS Office skills.
