Java Developer - Financial industry - Manchester - £45000+ per annum

My client is a huge player in the financial industry and is embracing the technological disruption that has been inevitable for some time now. In order to fully embrace this my client is in need of expert Java Developers with a strong understanding of the related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

The result of this disruption is a ground breaking application. The application is seeing the merging of two applications into one in order to make alterations and updates far easier. This is being described as a breakthrough in Fintech applications and is not a project to miss out on.

My client is one of the most highly recognised investment banks in the world and would be a standout point on any CV. The current projects are also going to be talked about in years to come and it really would be a scalp to gain access to them.

What does the company expect?

* Solid knowledge of Java 8 and considerable knowledge of open source technologies.

* Demonstrable experience in high pressure programming environments.

* Sound understanding of Microservices.
