Trainee Installation Engineer (Fire and Security)

Ilford, Essex

£20,000 - £26,000 + Full Training + Overtime + Progression + Van + Training + Excellent Benefits

Excellent role on offer for an electrically trained engineer, looking to break into the security industry where you will receive full training to become a specialist within a rapidly expanding company.

Do you have an electrical background? Are you looking to develop your skills and build a career in the fire and security industry?

This company have been established for over 25 years and pride themselves in providing their clients with top quality and premium security products. They have expanded rapidly in the last year and now need a new installation engineer to join their team.

In this role you will receive full industry and product training to enable you to perform installation, service and maintenance to a variety of technically interesting equipment. You will work on small and large projects, meet with clients mainly within Essex and East London. Equipment you will be working on will include; Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Energy Systems, Nurse Call Systems, Pager Systems, Communication devices and Automatic doors.

The ideal candidate will be an electrically trained engineer, with some experience in the fire or security industry who can l fault find electrically looking for excellent training to become a specialist in the Security industry.

The Role:

*Full training to become a technical specialist

* Visiting sites, performing installations, maintenance and repair

* 1 in 5 weekly call out rota

* Covering Essex and East London

* £20,000 - £26,000 + Full Training + Overtime + Progression + Van + Holidays

The Person

* Electrical Background

* Experience electrical fault finding

* Self-motivated and driven individual

* Full UK Driving License

* Happy to Travel within the South East
