DevOps Consultant - Manchester - Competitive Salary - Benefits Package

Roles and Responsibility:

Starting on projects from day one, you will consult with clients and team members in the public sector to digitally transform and upscale their systems using the most up to date technology in the industry. Working with CloudFormations and architecting the cloud; You will undertake system provisioning and automation, monitoring, metrics, scalability, security and hardening. Focusing on simplicity, decoupling, testing, iteration and deployment. Working alongside some of the best engineers in the industry, you'll be providing the code, services and knowledge to deliver a smooth automation process from the beginning to the end of the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

* Strong Linux and troubleshooting skills, scripting and automaton.

* Experience working with AWS CloudFormation

* Knowledge of at least one configure management tool e.g. Puppet, Ansible, Chef

* Good communication skills and a great team player
