Job Description
This company is looking for an experienced ServiceNow developer to lead the implementation of the ServiceNow platform. The individual will be the technical design lead for the ServiceNow team and will enjoy leading a team of developers as well as working closely with the management team. The role will require experience implementing the following modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, CMDB, & Knowledge. Additionally, the role will require ability to create detailed documentation and lead a team of junior developers (prior leadership is not a prerequisite).
The Role
* 3+ years experience of ServiceNow development
* 3+ years experience in IT Service Management process design
* ServiceNow System Admin Certification
* ITIL foundation certification
* Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow API's, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
* Web portal development skills, such as HTML, CSS, Angular JS, bootstrap
* Ability to create reports using the standard reporting engine, plus metrics and SLAs
* Experience with collaboration across functional borders enterprise-wise
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* US citizen or Green Card
