As a Trainee Service Desk Analyst, you'll join a team that provides first line support for Technology & Information Services (TIS). Every day, you'll build your knowledge, helping to resolve common IT problems with the help and support of the team. It means logging and prioritizing incidents and escalating high priority issues. And, as a Trainee, you'll learn how to provide great customer service and keep all parties up to speed.
You don't need to have worked on a Service Desk before - but if you have, that's helpful. In this Trainee role, what's needed is the willingness and motivation to learn, develop and excel. We're looking for GCSEs/A-levels (or equivalent experience), plus an analytical approach to problem-solving. But it's just as important that you're good with people and happy working as part of a team.
