The IT Infrastructure Engineer will have responsibility for supporting internal staff and maintaining/improving the company network. They will have excellent communication skills and will be able to manage the different needs, demands and expectations of a diverse range of internal users. They will be able to work autonomously, keeping up to date with advancements in technology and must be able to advise the business on necessary improvements to the current infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

- Responding to all hardware and software support calls from internal users (onsite and remote)

- Work closely with the development team with the ongoing CRM project

- Designing, developing and deploying new technologies

- Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure

- Ensure updates and anti-virus are well maintained

- Maintaining company backup solutions

- Provisioning of new hardware / software when required

- Maintaining company telecoms solution

- Liaising with external service providers

- Due to the nature of this role some out of hours work may be required on an ad-hoc basis
