Senior Developer / Technical Lead (Ruby AWS). Would you like to take ownership and launch a Beta stage product, build up a team around you and make a real impact on a start-up technology company whilst progressing within your career?

You could be joining a FinTech start-up within the mortgage arena, the product is set to shake up the mortgage industry, bringing brokers closer to their clients and helping providers to have better solutions for their customers including a comparison engine.

As the Senior Developer / Technical Lead you will take ownership of the product and all its related technology bringing it in-house (Beta solution has been built by an outsourced agency); you'll remain hands-on but fairly quickly build a team around you, provide technical direction / leadership and drive product innovation. There are many technical challenges to tackle and you'll quickly see the results of your efforts.

You will be based in Canary Wharf in a cool techie offices with flexible working and casual dress code.

Requirements:

*Strong software engineering background, with current coding skills - ideally Ruby

*Good knowledge of cloud based technology - AWS preferred

*Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundaments, full software development lifecycle experience

*Experience of providing technical leadership / people management skills

*Driven and motivated, keen to work in a start-up environment

*Excellent communication skills
