Company client is a global Insurance business currently looking for a Compliance Monitoring Officer due to considerable internal and external growth. This is the chance to join an industry leading Compliance team monitoring and reporting on their Compliance appetite. With considerable exposure to the wider business and senior stakeholders you will offer independent Compliance monitoring services to the business through thematic reviews and desk based monitoring reviews.

You will be responsible for the following:

* Effective identification, management and reporting of risk within the business

* Question and challenge peers and managers where processes and procedures do not meet industry standards and report any breaches and potential regulatory risk

* Prepare compliance reports for senior management to specified standards, including format, style and timeliness, with the need for minimal changes

* Conduct regular reviews providing independent assurance to the Senior Management Team regarding the operation of regulator controls.

My client is looking for a strong Compliance professionals with a specialist in compliance monitoring. You must have strong regulatory knowledge and experience in reporting writing to senior management.
