CMDB Analyst - Greater Los Angeles Area - Relocation Possible

Responsibilities

* Administer and maintain the configuration management process to ensure accuracy of the CMDB

* Establish metrics to monitor and demonstrate the sustainability of the assigned areas of responsibility

* Assist and compile the data required for Apptio

* Continuously striving to build knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities

* Assisting personnel in other RTS departments to resolve technical and application issues

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work in a related field

* Extensive IT experience within a large enterprise

* Must be experience with ServiceNow technology

* Hands-on CMDB and Asset tools experience within the ServiceNow platform

* Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented and interpersonal skills needed to join a high performing, successful team

* Understanding of configuration management practices and principles

* Ability to convey complex information to a broad audience

* Ability to problem solve through problem identification (what is the problem), solution assessment (what can be done), problem documentation (document for future) and problem response (implementing a solution).
