Senior IT Project Manager - Permanent - Warwickshire - £70,000 + 25% bonus

Spring Technology have had an urgent requirement from a key client in Warwickshire in order to find an extraordinary talented Senior IT Project Manager.

My client is a highly reputable organisation who can offer the successful candidate an amazing working environment and exposure to complex cutting edge projects.

The Senior IT Project Manager will be an expert in delivering multiple IT infrastructure projects simultaneously, and manage them through all the stages of the defined Project Lifecycle from start all the way through to completion.

Key skills and Experience

*Extensive and broad experience of successfully leading full lifecycle complex technology projects (c.£1M per project) as well as concurrent delivery of multiple projects with service costs of circa £3M.

*Excellent skills in relationship building and influencing key and senior stakeholders both internally and third party delivery teams.

*Significant depth and breadth of experience in agreeing project scope, deliverables, timescales, ways of working and commercial terms with Third Parties.

*Experience of performance management of individuals and suppliers to a defined set of outcomes

*Advanced User of Microsoft Project for planning, tracking and reporting project progress.

*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial forecasting and budgeting.

*Advanced verbal and written communication skills with experience of summarising large volumes of data into relevant points to drive decision making.

*Proven experience of managing project budgets and providing financial reporting.

*Extensive experience of planning, sequencing and third party plan reviews.

*Experience of applying the concept of earned value in project delivery, along with practical tools and techniques for its implementation..
