Business Analyst (Blockchain)

Monthly Rate: AED 25k-35k + healthcare

Initial 12 Month Contract

Our client is looking for a talented individual to join their headquarters in Dubai as a Business Analyst. This prestigious company is looking for an experienced individual who has worked on the delivery of Blockchain applications

Experience / Qualifications:

Key Skills / Requirements

oProficient in 'Design Thinking' tools & techniques to discover business problems and opportunities.

oWell versed with integration methodologies and API design methodologies

oProcess modelling as part of Business Process ReEngineering Initiatives

oIs able to develop and validate business cases to make sure that the priorities are driven by business value

oIs preferred to have expertise in any one of the following areas:

*Customer Journey Management

*Customer Engagement

*Customer Experience Management

*Customer Service Management in areas such as Departure Control
