Senior Scrum Master - Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Project Management skills

We are actively looking to secure an experienced Scrum Master to join Experis.

Job Purpose

We require a Scrum Master to join the team here at Experis, working onsite with one of our Telecommunications clients based in London. You would be part of the client's Digital Development team who are responsible for developing and maintaining front-end code and content on to their website.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate the regular team agile meetings such as Scrum ceremonies, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospectives.

* Mentoring and coaching members to ensure all are focused on a common goal and working with an Agile mind-set

* Remove impediments/blockers to the Scrum team in order for continuous smooth development

* Communicate with stakeholders at all levels

* Reflect with the team to continuously self-learn

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Expert in Agile delivery processes and frameworks including Scrum, Kanban

* Proficient using agile project management software (e.g. JIRA)

* Proven experience using agile project management methods.

* Demonstrable experience in coaching and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams in Agile best practice techniques.

* Strong negotiation skills and the proven ability to influence external partners, stakeholders

* Ability to deal with high levels of change and ambiguity
