Contract IT Helpdesk Engineer - £20 p/h - £25 p/h

A highly reputable organisation with a historic presence in the property management sector, is seeking an experienced Contract Helpdesk Engineer. Joining a small established service delivery team, based in Central London.

Skills / Environment

1st / 2nd Line Support

Helpdesk experience

Administrative support of Active Directory and Office 365 (e.g. account creation, password resets, security groups)

Building and supporting laptops. Supporting printers and photocopiers

Providing support to home workers remotely

Compiling reports, data tracking

Maintenance of IT hardware asset lists

Responsible for the upkeep of the consumables

Assisting with infrastructure projects and application rollout's

Contributing to best practice for the business

Contract rate: Circa £25 per hour
