I am looking for someone who is passionate about engaging people through the use of effective blended learning solutions to transform learning and drive performance.

The ideal candidate will have the below skill set.

* Confident communicator, able to represent ideas visually in an engaging manner

* Passionate about effective blended learning solutions and how they can transform learning

* Customer-focussed

* Able to plan workload and conflicting priorities, managing tight deadlines

* Capable of collaborating with others, accepting feedback

* Competent influencer and negotiator Background in developing and delivering training

* Proven experience of course development

* Ability to use or willingness to learn eLearning packages (e.g. Articulate 360)

* Experience in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Skype for Business, One Drive, One Note, Word, Excel,)

* Excellent written and verbal communication
