Cyber Security Analyst /SOC Analyst

An exciting opportunity to join one of my top clients working as a SOC analyst in their expanding Cyber Security department.Your role involve working with teams of security and technical specialists to ensure quality delivery of security services. As a member of the SOC team you will provide technical resolution for security incidents and SOC service requests by conducting host and network analysis, log analysis, and malware triage in support of incident response investigations. You will also be responsible of leading threat hunting missions.The idea candidate will have had at least 3 years' experience within a SOC  environment as well as the following.

'€¢Knowledge of tools used for network security (DLP, NIPS, HIPS, AV, Firewalls, etc.)'€¢Knowledge of SIEM tools'€¢Strong knowledge of Unix and Windows operating system functionality'€¢Proficient in the use of the varied and diverse log analysis

It was also be beneficial for to hold a CISSP, GCIA or relevant degree level qualificationPaying up to £45,000 depending on experienceIf this sounds like it could be of interest please don't hesitate to get in touch.
