Successful Ad Tech company is seeking a DevOps Engineer to lead developer operations and technical developments for the DevOps Engineers. Your main responsibilities will include; mentoring and developing DevOps Engineers, taking ownership of all work developed by the team, ensuring sound design and implementation, onboarding new team members and assisting with training and managing critical pieces of data technology (Redshift, Cassandra). The company's systems generate and process a vast amount of data, approximately 450k requests a second, using big data technology on the AWS platform.

Requirements:
*Previous experience as a DevOps Engineer, preferably in a media / advertising technology company
*Strong leadership, mentoring and people development skills
*In depth understanding of AWS Cloud platform and related technologies (EC2, EC3 S3)
*Linux management and administration experience
*Scripting experience (Shell, Python)
*Experience with containers (Docker)
*Excellent communication skills
*Desirable: Cassandra, RedShift
