Benefits Manager - SC Clearance
*Review the existing strategy / plan with respect to benefits / dis-benefits and update as required.
*Engage with Business Change Managers (BCMs) and ensure they fully understand their role.
Core Individual Responsibilities:
*Monitor the progress of benefits realisation against the plan.
*Gather information for the benefits reviews.
*Produce performance reports as defined by the Programme Director.
*Maintain benefits information under change control and maintain an audit trail of changes.
*Chair benefits meetings as directed by Pg Dir.
Essentials Skills:
*Knowledge of MSP Benefits Management process.
Desirable Skills:
*Wider project / programme experience.
*Previous experience within Defence would be great.
