Business Analyst - ERP/EPOS ExperienceWe are currently working in close partnership with one of most prestigious clients who are the leaders in their market sector of supplying innovative IT solutions in to the Retail sector.What will you be asked to do?Supporting and working with project teams across several countries with a complete can-do attitude, you will need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, have an eye for detail and work to deadlines.You will act as the interface between our clients and your internal stakeholders, with emphasis on maintaining positive relationships with both. Your role will be to explore the needs of our clients, and evolve specifications for system changes that bridge the gap between their retail business and the projects we are working on.Is this the role for me?If you can answer Yes to the following then, this role could be for you.Do you have: '€¢Up to five years' demonstrable experience in a business analysis role'€¢A proven ability to assess the wider impact of change, based on initial requirements'€¢Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including of senior personnel and challenging parties'€¢The ability to communicate effectively and clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues'€¢The ability to multi-task across numerous projects and activities and manage your own workload'€¢The experience to voice ideas self-assuredly'€¢Experience with ERP integration and/or EPOS integration would be a benefit but not essential.
