Agile Coach London to £75k

Agile Coach (Kanban Scrum Mobile). Want to work with and learn from an Agile thought-leader in an innovative and progressive eCommerce success story? You'll join at an exciting time; the company has just gone through a period of transformation with all teams now organised into cross-functional Agile squads and tribes.

As an Agile Coach you will work across various product based teams, some of which have little knowledge of lean practices. You'll help them to introduce lean and Agile practices / processes that will reduce cycle time and ensure a sustainable pace of work; facilitate ceremonies and drive a culture of continuous improvement; coach to the teams to use a data driven, test and learn approach; champion a culture of knowledge sharing and learning and foster a culture of responsibility and accountability.

You'll be based in purpose built offices, in a vibrant area of London, with breakout areas and circular desks to facilitate collaboration.

Requirements:

*You have experience as an Agile Coach, having introduced lean practices to teams with little knowledge of this way of working

*You are a passionate evangelist of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban)

*You are able to capture and interpret relevant metrics and help teams to use them to improve

*You are skilled at facilitating communication and driving cross-functional team collaboration

*Play an active role in the Agile community

*Good knowledge of TDD, BDD and DevOps culture

*You are positive, optimistic and have a sense of humour!
