Digital Marketing Executive

A new opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a fast paced FinTech Software company based in Newbury, who are looking for someone to join their growing marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness and supporting the company sales efforts in the Financial Services market, so this role is perfect for someone with a highly creative mind and an eye for detail!

As the Digital Marketing Executive you will be joining a close-knit, high energy team, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, whilst using a range of skills to achieve both long-term and short-term goals. The job will involve monitoring and reporting on a variety of marketing campaigns, whilst also researching competitor analysis to improve market understanding and development!

To be considered, the Digital Marketing Executive must have good business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience, as well as being keen to learn new skills and have a passion for innovation. You must also have excellent communication skills and be willing to take a hands-on approach to Digital Marketing!

Key skills / experience needed for the Digital Marketing Executive:

* Knowledge and experience of graphic design and video production, ideally using Adobe Creative Suite

* Degree educated (2.1 and above) in a relevant topic, ideally from a top university

* A keen eye for detail and willingness to learn

* Experience of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms

* Competent in use of Microsoft Office Suites

* Knowledge of social media management and web design are desired

* Any CMS and SEO exposure would be beneficial

* Knowledge of HTML code is preferred

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) + up to 10% bonus + excellent benefits
