Embedded Linux Engineer - Reading

My Reading based client are looking for an Embedded Linux/Linux Kernel Engineer to join their development team. This team are purely focused on real time data performance and are looking for a few Software Engineer with Embedded Linux experience to join them.
Successful Embedded Linux Engineers will be degree qualified in a relevant subject area such as; Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Embedded Systems, Computer Science or similar discipline and 4+ years' experience in the following:
* C programming
* Embedded Linux
* Embedded Real Time Systems
Any experience in Linux kernel would be highly advantageous.
