Contract Business Analyst - Contact Centre

25,000 - 35,000 AED per / month
As an established recruiting partner to this prestigious global organisation, we have been asked to identify a Contract Business Analyst with extensive knowledge on contact centre technologies including PBX, IVR, CTI, Chat, Email, social media, and WFO with multiple suppliers but focused on Avaya and Verint.
Key Skills/ Responsibilities
*8 - 10 years of experience in Contact Centre solutions and business analysis
*Well-rounded with experience in multiple Contact Centre Technology domains
*Prior experience reviewing and analyzing Contact Centre solutions, while making suggestion for design improvements and strategy roadmaps
*Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities; ability to work under pressure
*Excellent Analytical Skills, Problem Determination and Resolution Processes
*Excellent Oral and Written Communications, fluency in English
*In-depth experience of AGILE/SCRUM methodologies preferred
*Excellent time management
