Field based role covering a patch within the North East of England

£30,000 - £36,000 + Progression + 10% Bonus + Car Allowance + Pension + 33 Days Holiday

Are you a Facilities Manager from a commercial background looking to work for an expanding company where you will be taking a lead role for multiple sites within the North East with the chance to drive change and play a pivotal part of supporting a key contract?

On offer is a role within a company that has secured a number of long term contracts and offer a great opportunity to take the lead and take charge of a number of properties with further progression into senior management positions.

You will work as a principal point of contact between the clients and support the operational management of a number of locations within the North East including Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham areas. The position will be field based and will entail meetings with customers to ensure that SLA's are being upheld and affecting change where necessary.

The company are a well-established facilities management company who operate nationally and are currently looking to expand their team across all departments after securing a number long term contracts.

This role would suit a Facilities Manager from a commercial background looking to take a principal position in a regional role for a well-established and rapidly expanding company with career progression into senior management.

The Role:

· Management of a large portfolio of properties within the North East area

· Act as a principal point of contact for customers to affect change
