Architectural Technician

£40,000- £60,000 + Training and Development, Pension, 25 Days Holiday, Progression, Bonus

Are you an experienced architectural technician? Are you looking to challenge yourself and manage projects from start to finish?

The company are part of a larger international group looking to expand their UK operations due to an increase in clients. They are a determined team who are constantly developing to maintain steady and successful company growth. The team are dedicated and support their staff to help them reach their potential.

You will be responsible for managing your own projects from the conceptual stage, through planning procedures to the final design phase. The company will support your personal development and there is the opportunity for the right person to move into a management role and become a qualified architect if desired. Some national site visits will be required but most of the work will be office based.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a technician, a strong work ethic and determination to perform to the best of their abilities. The right candidate will thrive in this diverse and exciting company where their talent and achievements will be recognised and rewarded.

The Role:

* Design work from conceptual stages to more detailed specs and construction drawings

* Obtaining planning permission and Building regulation approval

* Liaising with other specialists to ensure the smooth running of projects

* Health and Safety coordination

* Project management including site visits when required

The Person:

* Degree in Architectural design or similar qualifying degree

* 3 or more years' experience

* Confident in project management

* Driven and hardworking individual
