For one of the bigeest retailers in Switzerland, we are currently recruiting for the following:

Role: Cisco UC Engineer for Troubleshooting in the Voice Video Team (Service Desk).

Location: Zurich, Swizerland

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Language: Fluent German and English

Rate: CHF 100/hour (subject to tax and deductions)

Field of activity:

* 2nd & 3rd level support ticketing, interfacing with other helpdesks

* Operational support in Cisco voice / video support

* Ticket Handling, Change + Project Request, Change

* Management + documentation), troubleshooting performance issues

* Fluent German and English (mandatory)
