2nd Line Support

I am currently recruiting for a 2nd Line support/ 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to come and join the Service Desk team on a 3 month contract based in South West London.

You-2nd Line support/ 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst will be required to ensure the delivery of the day to day support, from any request at 1st-2nd Line and escalate further when needed. The support within this team is on a rota basis changing weekly.

You-2nd Line support/ 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst would need to maintain a pro-active role in monitoring all requests, incidents and problems.

Essential Skills:

Symantec Ghost- imaging and deployment

SCCM- imaging and deployment

Office 365- Hybrid environments-Exchange

Win 7/10

Previous experience of working in a Service Desk environment

Good customer service skills

AD

VMWare

Cisco phone system

Veeam

Citrix XenDesktop

This is an exciting opportunity as you- 2nd Line support/ 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst will be involved in day to day support, as well as various projects and as such will be working with current and new technologies.
