DevOps Engineer - Birmingham - Negotiable Salary

Roles and Responsibilities:

Starting on projects from day one, you will be helping clients in the public sector to digitally transform and upscale their systems using the most up to date technology in the industry. Working with CloudFormations and architecting the cloud; You will undertake system provisioning and automation, monitoring, metrics, scalability, security and hardening. Focusing on simplicity, decoupling, testing, iteration and deploymeny. Working alongside some of the best engineers in the industry, you'll be providing the code, services and knowledge to deliver a smooth automation process from the beginning to the end of the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

* Strong Linux and troubleshooting skills, scripting and automation.

* Experience working with AWS CloudFormation

* Knowledge of at least one configure management tool e.g. Puppet, Ansible, Chef

* Good communication skills and a great team player
