International renowned HCA Healthcare UK, London’s largest private healthcare providers is actively recruiting for a Manager of Business Systems Delivery to be based in our Central London offices in London Bridge.

Reporting to the Head of End User IT Experience, the Manager of Business Systems Delivery manages the day-to-day activities of HCA division level IT&S Business Systems team, oversees the work of the team across, Web, HR systems, Supply Chain and Finance systems and develops application support and maintenance plans and implementation strategies in conjunction with Service Managers to meet the application needs of users.

Duties & Responsibilities
Ensures development and service delivery of all products, services, and resources within the HCA Business Systems Team.
Maintains a management and leadership role in setting service direction and ensures standards and policies are maintained.
Works closely with the Head of End User IT Experience, maintains responsibility for the coordination and development of division-level software application capabilities within scope.
Supports financial management activities, including the maintenance of the Business Systems budget (capital and operational).
Skills and Experience
Previous Experience Managing a Business Systems or Application based team.
Strong Application skills.
Strong team management skills.
Experience with application design, architecture and build.
Strong customer service experience and skills.
