Job Description

HCA Healthcare UK have an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Intelligence & Data Analyst to join our team. The post holder have responsible for supporting the HR reporting function across HCA Healthcare UK and for the production of all workforce metrics, using all available data sources and systems. The HR System that is used at HCA is Workday and previous experience in using this system is essential.

This is a full time and permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary package dependent upon candidate experience. Along with a competitive salary, the incumbent will also receive 25 days holiday, private healthcare and our company flexible benefits scheme.

The role is based in our central London head office in London Bridge.

Duties & Responsibilities

To produce all required HR reports and metrics accurately and within the agreed timeframes; this includes the production of recurrent and ad-hoc HR reports often generated by Workday and other systems.

Provide HR and workforce usage statistical information to aid in decision making across the HCA group to senior stakeholders.

Support the team Lead in developing reporting function to deliver new insight into the business.

To manage the reporting requirements from all HR-related databases as per documented procedures.

Responsible for maintaining reference tables held in SQL Server for the purpose of HR reporting in accordance with Information and Analytics best practice.

Produce and maintain configuration libraries, standard operating procedures, mapping tables and reports.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in using the HR system Workday as a reporting tool.

Graduate level, ideally with a degree on Informatics, Statistics or similar.

Demonstrable relevant previous experience in analysis data.

Technical specialist knowledge in data analysis

Knowledge and experience of HR metrics desirable.

Build strong working relationships with staff in departments where systems and information production have a direct interface.
