Scum Master - Agile - TDD - Continuous Integration - North London - Full time - Permanent - £55k

A leafing entertainment services client of Spring Technology requires a talented Scrum Master, to help set up a journey towards a fully agile, multi-stream IT team. My client collaborate with the world's best composers, producers, engineers and studios to create detailed and realistic recordings of instruments and sounds for use in computer-based music production

The role

The successful candidate will set up and maintain scrum processes across multiple new teams, during a period of significant technical recruitment and company growth. You will initially oversee scrum activity across 3 streams: Product, pipeline and web. The role will change greatly as the teams develop, and so we are looking for an individual with a hands-on, resourceful outlook who thrives on constant change and grow.

Responsibilities:

*Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint showcase and sprint retrospective meetings for Spitfire's scrum teams.

*Embody the scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.

*Coach and mentor the scrum teams in agile practices.

*Lead the process of estimation, planning, goal setting and clarification.

Skills/Experience:

*Strong planning, organisational & communication skills.

*Ability to perform under pressure, prioritise effectively and maintain strict confidentiality.

*2 years experience in a similar role.

*A commitment to technical excellence and software development best practice (tight version control, continuous integration, test driven development).

This is a full time permanent role based in North London, paying up to £55k per annum. If interested then please reply back with an updated CV
