Job Role

Job Title: Finance Business Analyst

Pay Rate: £450 - £550 p/d

Contract Length: 6 months

Location: Alderly Edge

The Role

Spring Technology's Global client are looking for a Finance Business Analyst to lead and support a number of ongoing or new initiatives. You will identify improvement opportunities in the business process and Helpdesk technology, like ServiceNow, assist in training others on the changes and update documentation for the execution process to reflect changes.

Knowledge / Experience

oSubject matter expert in Service desk / Helpdesk processes and practices; experience in Finance processes like P2P, T&E, R2R, C2C an advantage

oExcellent knowledge of service management practices

oHands on experience of ServiceNow - perhaps pervious administrator / super user role

oProven track record of working in Transformation/Improvement Projects

oGood experience in Business Improvement

oProven experience with complex, multi-work stream project management.

oAbility to comprehend business needs and translate them into a business/project plan
