I am currently working with an award winning organisation in the property and construction sector who are looking to grow their team with the addition of a talented and enthusiastic SharePoint Team Lead and this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and for someone who is keen for a new role with varying responsibilities. My client is looking to migrate their SharePoint platform to SharePoint Online so if you are passionate about working with the latest tech and if you are looking for a new role where you will have key responsibility in a platform migration then keep reading!

From the first month in your role, you will have a structured progression plan where you will work with your manager to identify where you want to be and how you will get there.

You will be managing a team of SharePoint enthusiasts and will be involved in multiple areas of the business so no day will be the same. You will have an exciting combination of hands on development work, architecting and designing projects, managing time and effort of the team and managing costing and finance so your team lead skills will be sure to be developed from the off-set of your role.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

* In-Depth knowledge of SharePoint 2013/2016/SharePoint Online and Office 365

* SharePoint migration skills beneficial

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with C-Suite level stakeholders and stakeholders at all levels

* SharePoint Development skills; Front end technologies HTML, JavaScript, React

* Previous team lead experience

Some of the main responsibilities of this position will include:

* Leading a team of developers and administrators

* Examining client solutions and determining new requirements for new/modified systems

* Upgrade and installing Microsoft SharePoint to SharePoint Online

* Leading meetings with C-Suite stakeholders

* Front end development

* SharePoint configuration

* Provider training and support for users
